Cool and partly cloudy but sap has run quite good. Got 40 pails = 476. Took of 6 gal = 25. Stage came on wheels, three weeks later than last year.

A good sap day. Got 50 pails = 526. Too of 2 gal = 27. Wheeling is 3 weeks later this spring than it was last.

Friday 20


Another fine sap day. Clear warmer tonight. Boiled in 98 pails = 624. Took of 4 = 31 gal. I have come to another milestone in my life journey making 71 I have passed.

Warm the snow has gone fast since yesterday morning. Got 35 pail = 659. Took off 5 gal = 36.
