A Kiss

There's something in a kiss

Tho I can not reveal it.

Which never comes amiss

Not even when we steal it.

We can not cast a kiss

And sure we cannot mew it.

But is there not a bliss

Communicated through it.

I'm all convinced ther is

A certain something it it

For tho a simple kiss

We wisely try to win it.

Yes there's something in a kiss

If nothing else would prove it.

Certainly 'tis by this

All honest people do it.
