Old Way leading to Charlestown, S. way leading to Mill Pond and land late of John Farnsley N. [Salem, Old Way, and Cross Sts.] Also land without fence, down to sd Mill Pond, as the same is described in a deed of sale from Elizabeth Ruggles, 19 Apr 1670.
