[Salem and Cross Sts. and Old Way.] Also another piece of land (SD78:29.)3" Samuel Richards was deeded from "Susannah Belcher and Mary Belcher, spinsters, only surviving children and coheirs of Thomas and Susannah Belcher, deed to our uncle Samuel Richards, all our right and title in house and land, E. new Way leading to Charlestown, W. Old Way leading to Charlestown, S. way leading to Mill Pond and land late of John Farnsley N. [Salem, Old Way, and Cross Sts.] Also land without fence, down to sd Mill Pond, as the same is described in a deed of sale from Elizabeth Ruggles, 19 Apr 1670. Also house and land near Mill Pond, W. aforesaid land, N. Thomas Paine, E. John Ruggles, S. an alley." on 25 March 1755 at Boston, Suffolk, MA.3,4 Samuel died after 1755.1,3
