Abraham was born at Rochester, Stafford, NH, in September 1793.^1,2 He married Lovey Corson at Lebanon, York, ME, on 25 March 1819.^3,4 Abraham Richards Rev. died on 18 June 1865 at Lebanon, York, ME, at age 71.²
According to Morse, Abraham "in 1813 enlisted in the U.S. service, and was in the battles of Williamsburg, Chippewa, Queenstown, and Lundy's Lane, and at the capture and explosion of Fort Erie; and subsuquently had a narrow escape from death by sickness."⁵ He was inducted into the military in 1813.³ He resided at Lebanon, York, ME, in 1819.^1,3 NP was united with the Methodist Episcopal at at Lebanon, York, ME, in in 1826.³ He was ordained a deacon at Lebanon, York, ME, in 1845.³
